Data analysis

ywies logga.PNG

Data analysis is a lot about spreadsheets and how they can be used to create a data model. Also how these models can be tested. Once a model has been created, the results from the model can be extracted and presented in a suitable way. For example you can summarize the results of the model or present the results of the model as a graph or a chart.

What is a data model?
A data model is used to mimic a real situation. For example, a data model can be created using a spreadsheet software. Data models can be used to provide answers to questions such as "What would happen if I did this?"

Creating a data model
In the examination you will be required to produce or adapt a computer model using the spreadsheet skills learnt during the IGCSE course.
